Shipping

-Most in stock items are shipped within 2 - 10 business days.
-Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for production time(excludes shipping time) of 'made to order' items.
-Ready to ship items are mailed in 2 - 3 business days.

Returns and exchange details

-Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of buyers receiving an item. If you are planning to return an item please contact me before sending it out.
Item must be mailed out within 10 days of contacting me to be eligible for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

***I do not accept refunds or exchanges for international and/or custom orders. This includes rings that are made to order in your size and any other item created or altered specifically for you.***
PLEASE NOTE : Rings are listed in US ring sizes. Refunds are not accepted if you ordered the wrong ring size or if you changed your mind. Unless a ring is specified as a 'Ready to Ship' size on the listing it is made to order or altered specifically for you and cannot be returned.
